Café Supervisor

Full time- including week days and weekends.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team and take the lead in our busy café.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys great customer service, working with people and leading a team. You’ll be responsible for helping to create a welcoming, friendly and efficient café environment where both our customers and staff feel valued.

The Role

As Café Supervisor, you will be the day-to-day leader of the café team, making sure the café runs smoothly and that our customers receive a consistently high standard of service. – please see job description for more details- Job Description- Café Supervisor

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, approachable and confident, with the ability to take charge and lead from the front.

You’ll ideally have previous experience in a supervisory or hospitality role, but most importantly, you’ll have a genuine passion for customer service and working as part of a team.

We want someone who:

• Is confident leading and managing a team
• Can remain calm and organised during busy periods
• Is approachable and able to communicate well with both customers and colleagues
• Has a positive, can-do attitude
